My Vapour Guy (Brookdale)

UPDATED- SINCE I WROTE A BAD REVIEW I FEEL IT FAIR THAT SINCE THEN I HAVE WENT BACK TO MVG And found the service much better, in the last months I have not been in when the store has been closed when supposed to be open. Great staff and looks like whatever bump they had has been fixed. . Old review-This used to be my go to vape supplier for last few years. Service is now terrible last 3 times I have been there has been a back in 5 mins or closed for lunch on door. Tonight I rolled up at 5pm as the guy is locking up closing for diner time. Ok all is good but when you drive to get there and check opening times and it says 7pm closing you get a little frustrated. Employee didnt care at all. So good luck MVG this guy will not back.

Some staff are a little under educated about product. Was sold coils for my vape that were way too small based on the juice I was using. Service last time was a little rude. Did not have what I was looking for but the other store did, they told me to call them, didn't give me the number. I had to go out of my way to ask for the phone number.

Quick stop and get what I need. Plus Plus they carry Great Canadian Fog Eliquids.

Amazing customer service and product! Hannah and Amy are absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the crew. They’re so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’d give more stars but the highest is 5 haha.

Whenever I go to this location they're always really great. I needed information about a new device and they took the time to explain new types of vape products and how they worked. Always great going in there. Unlike some other vape shops in town they aren't stuck up and you don't need to beg for service.
