With so many options, it was hard for us to choose an e-bike. The salesman walked us through various models, explained their features in detail and helped us select a bike that met our needs. The bike was not available in store so they scheduled a delivery for us through their warehouse. The delivery was scheduled on a holiday when the weather was bad and the delivery company was unable to deliver. The owner then personally picked up and delivered the bike to uphold the delivery commitment! Customer service par excellence!

I have been looking for my wife e-Bike and one my friends who bought their owns e-bikes online told me get the one with after sales service , parts and repair so I found the WOW electric rides at FB postings. We went to shop and found the perfect e-bike as recommended by the owner “JB” Bilal its a F720 an ET Cycle brand German motor technology manufactured by Leon Cycle who produces bike since 2014 . The bike was straight out of the box from his storage few stalls away. This guy is super nice and phenomenal the store was busy as they also sell various electronic products but he managed to accommodate us and get the deal done! My wife is happy with her first e-bike and Im looking forward to get my own e-bike Aspen NCM soon. We are a happy camper WOW!

I have been planning to buy electric scooters for quite some time and was in contact with JB. When I visited the WOW store at horizon mall Fayz was kind enough to let us ride around 6 scooters before we could make any decision.I bought two scooters in the end - WOW P8 and Dualtron eagle pro. Fayz also gave me an excellent deal on the price for both with a payment plan.Fayz was also very progressional throughout the entire process and also accommodated the request for home delivery for both scooters since I stay in SW.If you want to buy electric scooters- I can wholeheartedly recommend WOW scooters to anyone and everyone.

When you do more than two months research on buying ebikes before you come to these guys who offer things no others do ,their buying experience will offer you ,Security in your purchase my bike box for one thing was pristine ! The bike was mint with no miissing parts and everything working ! Nice bike .Very happy so far , stay tuned!

Great company to deal with! I had a bike shipped to me, and it got vandalized en route…With WOW’s help the issue was resolved as they worked hard to fix the issue.I will buy my next e-bike from them as well

Bought a certain color - told me they'd call me when it was ready - I had to call them. Then they didn't have it anymore. So I had no choice but to take a different color that I didn't want because I didn't have time to shop for another one. Over promise under delivery in service and hardware.

Good service good quality scooter but the charger I got for the Scooter is not good. Out of the 3 prongs only one of them does not come out of the scooter when I unplug it. And now I can not change it at all..Update... I was able to get ahold of them and get a new charger at no cost..amazing service hopefully this fixes the problem and I don't need. To bring the scooter itself in.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE AND AWESOME BIKE!A few weeks ago I decided to take a chance and purchase an ebike. I stopped in to WOW Electric Rides. At 65 years old, it’s been many years since I’ve been on any bike. Sualeh was extremely helpful and very patient, answering all my questions, and I had many. He helped me choose the bike that would best suit my needs and my 4’ 11” height.I brought home a foldable Foo F1 electric bike and absolutely love it! It’s become my best friend!Thank you for your incredible patience Sualeh.I loved my F1 so much my husband decided to purchase an ebike for himself and so we headed back to WOW last week and again Sualeh spent a good deal of time with us as we made our choice.I highly recommend checking WOW Electric Rides to anyone looking for quality customer service and products!Five stars for sure!

Well, I just bought one of the nicest looking bikes I've ever owned in my life. The large frame cruiser. I love it. It's a very big large bike very long 82 in 6 ft 10 handles beautifully in the snow. Slow down on the corners though. It's a big bike. Very easy to operate, and the staff I dealt with was wonderfully. It was a great experience all over. I am very happy to deal with these guys here at WOW.
