My dad needs a minder 24/7 due to several medical issues including dementia and fall risk. One day we needed someone to stay with him for a few hours to ensure his safety and I contacted Nurse Tree. We set up a care plan after a detailed assessment, and they were also able to find someone who could speak Cantonese since dad's English is limited. The caregiver was a very professional and personable; she followed the care plan and dad was clean and comfortable when we came home. I will contact Nurse Tree again when we need help in the future and I highly recommend Nurse Tree to anyone who needs help at home.

My 91 years old non English speaking uncle spent 6 weeks in Burnaby Hospital recently. He was non ambulatory and really apprehensive about being alone in the hospital. I contacted 3 caregiver agencies either by email or through their website. Nurse Tree was the first to respond. An on-site assessment was arranged and Nurse Tree was commissioned to provide Bi-lingual (English and Cantonese) caregivers. Because Cantonese speaking caregivers were much in demand, they did not manage to fill all time slots necessary at first. But they kept on the search and eventually filled all shifts. During the process they kept us informed of progress and changes. The caregivers they sent were always on time and professional, giving good care. Overall, we are very satisfied with Nurse Tree's services. Compare to another more well known agency, Nurse Tree did a far better job in terms of search, scheduling and response to changes at short notice. We have no reservation recommending them
