Driver never showed at agreed upon time and I had to find another ride service to make my flight. Detroit Taxi Service also attempted to charge my credit card even though I never received a ride. I would never use this service again and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I called the night before to reserve a ride to the airport and they arrived first thing in the morning (even came a few minutes early to ensure they were on time)! I will most definitely be using them for future rides to and from the airport. Extremely friendly, super clean vehicle, and great overall experience.

I booked online for a pickup at Detroit airport. After I collected my bag from the baggage claim I called the company because I did not see my driver. They stated they did not have my reservation in the system despite them calling yesterday to verify the trip. Once he said they did not have my reservation I worried this was going to end in a poor experience but that was not the case at all. They immediately sent a driver and I was only delayed about 20 minutes. The overall experience was good and I would use this company again.

Their website airport fee was $95. I called and verified $95. I tipped the driver $20. They fraudulently charged my CC $133 for a total of $153.00.

Used this service to get back to Canada after an NFL game and was very impressed. Our driver communicated thoroughly with us and ensured we were picked up on time. It was awesome that they provided rides back across the border. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
