Its not hard to take one order of one grande sized coffee but they cannot make one coffee properly. I also asked if I could pay more up upgrade it to grande sized coffee when they screwed up my order, but got rejected for an upsize. No wonder why this place has such low ratings.

Quite possibly the slowest and worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Drinks are always made wrong, even basic coffees. Always tastes like the coffee has been sitting and burning in the pot for hours. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything or move with any sort of speed.

The guy that took my order anc checked me out was extremely rude. Just tossed me my food. Didn’t say anything but the price. Extremely slow service and the order was all wrong. I’d wait and go into any other one.

Baristas don't make the drinks consistently. Forgot to put espresso in my drink (just tasted like milk). Was already on the road by the time I noticed.

Avoid at all costs. I have never seen 2 workers who are as unprofessional, slow and inefficient in my life. They were just busy chit chatting between themselves as if there wasn’t any line. Waited for over 30 minutes to place my order for my filtered coffee, paid my order, and then am told that they don’t have any blonde roast anymore. No apology given at all…

The worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The staff completely ignore anyone who walks up to the window to be served (and even after ordering) and takes forever to make a drink. I ordered a cold brew - all you have to do is pull a lever. I waited 20 min. When I addressed the wait time with an employee, she dismissed my complaint and said they prioritize the drive thru.I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional staff ignored me for 10 minutes as I stood in front of the walk up window appearantly due to staffing shortages they don't serve people who walk up... I drive a semi I explained that to them they don't care wouldn't even let me walk up to the drive through window to order I basically got denied service because I drive a semi highly discrimitory when us drivers who bring the goods people consume can't even get a good cup of coffee in the morning... boycott this sad excuse for a coffee stand

Was here in March, both me and my husband got food poisoning, including projectile vomiting from the coffee. Clearly they don't clean any of the equipment. My hot chocolate tasted off as well. We were both sick during an 8 hour drive. Husband was sick for two days.Stay away.
