Inline Fiberglass Windows & Doors

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid approx 47k for windows that arrived damaged in October 2018 and I am still fighting with them to get them to come and repair them and it is now July 2019! They have shown a complete lack of care , respect and regard. They tell you they are coming and then ignore you and lie about why they didn't respond and or show up. I strongly advise against using these people. Our windows arrived chipped, scratched, dented, missing screens, gaskets hanging out etc. They assured me on the phone and by email that they would come out and fix them so that we wouldn't send them back. We should have sent them back. Regarding the denial below, whomever wrote that is likely the person who caused us such grief. If anyone is interested in seeing the countless emails I sent trying to get them out here feel free to email me directly and I will share my entire email history. They only finally came out here to fix the windows and doors when I threatened to file a lawsuit. The two men that came out to do touch ups were very professional and efficient. This does conclude our business with this company forever.

We selected Inline for two residential projects through Larry Gatt. From the start of the project to aftercare, Larry Gatt was an absolute gentleman. The product was delivered, installed on time and as promised and any issues adjusted immediately. They went above and beyond to ensure that for one project the fit of the custom windows was perfect. The end product made the residence look completely new, fresh and modern, and the build quality of the product was excellent. The windows have been in for 1y, problem free.

From start to finish Inline was a streamlined and professional company to work with and a great choice for my old home that was in desperate need of a custom sized door. From assessment, quote and final instalment their team was easy to work with and skilled in their trade. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any other doors/windows I will definitely need in the future.

From start to finish, Inline Fiberglass was a pleasure to deal with. Larry reassured me from the beginning that everything would go smoothly and it came out better than my wildest dreams. Mike and Tony and their installation team took their time and went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier. Not only does it look like nothing ever happened, it looks 10x better from the inside and out. I no longer hear the cars on my street and my new kitchen window is so large I see everything! Thank you so much for all your hard work and getting me new windows before it was scheduled in January!

Viren and his team were exceptional. My wife and I replaced our 30 year old windows and outdoor doors in our home. From the start, Viren made us feel comfortable making this big decision and really went above and beyond to show us our options and solidify our choices. Mo and his team came in and installed our windows, and they were clean and kind. Their work is phenomel and professional, and we are so glad we chose to go with Viren to make this big decision because we are so happy with the way the doors and windows look. Thank you to the whole Inline team for elevating our home. We would recommend you to any of our family and friends.

A horrible experience for me. I absolutely do not recommend this product or company.I'm an engineer with some experience and training in heat transfer and HVAC.I've had windows in other houses, that at similar humidity levels did not sweat.The sweating isn't my only complaint. It’s not even my biggest dissatisfaction but I can’t list the other issues here.As for the sweating, yes, like many people I would like to run a humidifier in the winter. Unfortunately these windows seem to sweat from about November onwards, throughout the winter, whether I run it or not.In my experience, if a window has good thermal properties and a sufficiently high R value those properties will eliminate sweating. In my opinion I don’t see an air circulation problem because the air is constantly circulating in my house and other than closing the blinds at night, the airflow to the windows is unrestricted. I would also say this is not an air circulation problem because I don’t see this on just a few of windows but on all the windows throughout the house.These windows seem to appear to have significantly more sweating occurring than the contractor windows that I replaced.Look at the pictures and other similar reviews and pictures posted and judge for yourself.As for my reply to the company, perhaps if they were to talk to me about my concerns we might have a chance to resolve this.It doesn’t appear to me they want to discuss any of my concerns at all.

Honestly, a bit slow at first with communication, but once they got the warranty windows ready, the installation team was amazing ! Courteous, careful, tidy, attention to detail over and above - especially Mandeep. The task was not easy, requiring scaffolding and some tricky footwork while handling a very large and heavy piece of glass, but as a team, they managed it successfully while I held my breath. Thank you! Thank you! I’ll attach a video if I can figure out how. Lol

Very professional window and patio door makers and it's visible in the quality of windows/door manufactured, the frame quality the glass quality and their installers were excellent. Viren assisted me with the selection process and answered a lot of questions and concerns I had. Their installers were also awesome and they only used high quality products to insulate the windows. Overall, I have no complains and would recommend them for Fibreglass windows installation. I have had the windows for 3 months now and One of the rooms that was always hot(even with AC ON) because it was Sun facing is now very pleasant to sit in even without AC. Temprature across the house is very even and does not fluctuate from room to room which was the case with my okd windows, never knew windows can help with house comfort too. Totally worth it. (30 windows were replaced in my house)

Bought a number of different style windows from Inline. Have had many years of trouble free operation with their windows including ones with their awning, casement and slider style mechanisms. No installation issues as they built everything to specified dimensions. I'd have more confidence in them than some other suppliers. Was just looking at them again for another project.

Inline supplied all my windows and doors. First of all the quality is absolutely amazing! Secondly and I guess the more important aspect is customer service! Their customer service is just exceptional! As is normal in construction there will be some chips and scratches; these guys come out and simply ensure everything is crisp!Just had Mandeep and Jamer come to adjust all the windows and doors and they simply also went above and beyond! Ensured all windows are lubricated. Anything they noticed on their own as well, they ensured they fixed.Thanks guys!
