Greenleaf Medical Clinic - (Online & Phone Appointments Only)

I am a new patient of Greenleaf's and am happy with the service. Sarah and the doctor were both great. The small fee ($78.00) was worth it as I have a my own treatment plan and access to follow-ups as I need them. Thanks for all you help Sarah.

This is an unprofessional clinic with extremely poor communication and extraordinarily high fees. Submitted my forms to them initially and within five business days they had taken the $50 administrative fee out of my credit card and advised me they were proceeding to contact my doctor for my medical records. My first doctor apparently refused to return my medical records, which they advise me of roughly one month after my initial application has been submitted, so I provided them with my GP phone number. I visited my GP three weeks after that phone call and she discussed what information she would be forwarding to this clinic. She was supposed to be doing it the next day, and I am now here three weeks later still waiting for them to set up my Skype interview: they allege that my doctor didn't check off a box before returning my forms to them which is why I am still waiting only advise me because I reached out to them to ask them what the delay is now. I have also been contacted in error by their clinic on two separate occasions, both times the girl laughed and said she was trying to get a hold of my doctor so I'm not sure what type of people they have running the clinic. I have asked them to cancel my file and I will be contacting my credit card company to ensure that they do not charge me the remaining $250 fee. There are many other clinics out there that do not charge such an exorbitant fee plus they do not charge you for renewal as Greenleaf does. Stay away, far far away.

I was using them for a few years and each year got worse. Their prices kept going up but their level of service kept going down. They do not care about their patients all they care about is your money! I cancelled my membership with them not long ago when they tried to extort me for an additional couple hundred dollars just to give me my grow licence.I been growing for nearly 30 years I don't want or need their help to grow I just wanted my recommendation which is what I was paying for in my Vsee interview. What they are doing appears to be illegal and I am reporting them to Health Canada!I was paying $80 twice a year for a less than a 5 minute Vsee interview with the doctors then this Spring they tried to charge me the additional $200+ dollars for their membership" to grow LMFAO what joke and scam! I told them GOOD BYE. I know my human rights and I'm NOT paying into this BULLS#$T anymore!"

Unfortunately, GreenLeaf was not what it claimed to be. The staff seemed to have a huge turnover so getting educated help just didn’t happen. The company Spectrum did not seem to have consistent product availability. I tried to work with GreenLeaf for several years to sort out this problem but what they finally keep telling me was to buy what I needed in bulk. When you have chronic migraines and a fusion in your spine you want to be able to rely on an Understanding and companionate company. This is simply not it. Sadly GreenLeaf was ultimately more concerned with your $1006 month fee than helping you.

They do charge a lot a money for their services but I'm glad they provide said services in the first place. My GP is the one who recommended that I used medical marijuana instead of pain killers but did not want to prescribe it because she never had done it before/did not know how, she found greenleaf online and decided it would be easier this way and she was worried about her reputation. I was surprised when I was charged admin fees to switch licensed producers, they do charge you for everything they can.Also, they used to be in Abbotsford, it seems like they relocated to Langley. I wish they would have let their the patients know about the move.. Overall I think they are very efficients, they always process my paperwork quickly and are always courteous, professional and I think the customer" service is doing a good job. I happen to be in a good place financially but I wonder how people on disability

I had a consult with Tanya Adams and she was so helpful, caring and knowledgeable! She made me feel like i was talking to a friend and i felt very comfortable. I would really recommend this place, also, you get 20% off if you make less than 30k a year. Thank you Green Leaf for helping me in this journey!

I have been with Greenleal for well over 5 years, I find the doctors and the staff both very professional and knowledgeable. I've participated in webinars and found them very informative and interesting. Thank you for your services.Guy

Money grubbing is all they do. I did the initial consultation and everything was fine. But when I had some questions about the dosage, they were not available. I tried calling and emailing with no response. This is why I had gone here in the first place, hoping for a reputable clinic. Finally, when my 6 months were up, they contacted me to renew. I guess they wanted another $150!! I told them my experience and they vowed to make it better, but instead continued to leave me 'not' high and dry. You would probably be better off visiting the pot shop on the corner than Greanleaf medical.

Horrible. Booked an appointment and the day before they canceled. Booked another appointment 2 weeks later and the day before they canceled. Called back 2 weeks later and they were so sorry" and told me I had to switch doctors. Asked if I wanted to book-- I think you know the answer...Edit: Was never given an explanation and was not sincerely apologized too. Very frustrating as a University student going through exams.What I was told was that the doctor would see me and then would no longer see me at all. Very unprofessional at the front desk."

When I did my first appointment everything went ok. I spoke with the consultant and the Doctor and I had my prescription. The consultant also told me that there was the option for me to get a cream with another supplier based on my condition and she said that she would have looked into that for me. I waited a while but i haven't heard back from her. So I emailed her but no response. I called the clinic a couple of times and then finally I was able to have the email address of the supplier that I had to contact and deal with myself.After a month or so, she called me for a follow up and told her that I needed to make some changes because what I was doing wasn't working very much and that I also needed a stronger cream. She told that she would have asked to see if it was possible to change the cream and that she would have called me back to let me know. Of course this never happened. Nobody called me back to let me know what to do, what changes to make and if there were other options for me.I felt like 100$ were steeled from me at the first session. Noone really cared of my condition and wanted really to help.I didn't call back because I don't think a patient should follow up with a doctor or others If she was told to wait the call for a solution.I don't think this is the way to treat patients. I am not sure how you got the happy part" on your chart because nobody ever asked me what I thought about the service.Also
