I am currently using the services at Robertson House.The staff is helpful and professional.It is a shelter like any other. The lady cook makes the place bearable.

I lived here in 2003 and tbh I loved it and made many life long friends. They treated us well they are helpful and respectful. Not sure how it is today but 5 stars to Robertson house . Loved the day care and people . I'd live here again . I actually didnt want to leave lol

I was there over 15 years ago the place was clean and the staff was nice it’s just some of the other residents weren’t the best to be around but other wise it was good

I spend a little over 2months with my 4 children here in 1990. We had a great time. I am eternally greatful fir them taking us in and giving us a place to stay when we had no where to go. We were safe and well protected. While I do not remember the name of the people or the ones who was there without us I do hope they all went on and had successful lives.

As a former child resident, and now as an adult I look back at this place with fond memories. It was truly a life changing experience, and it helped my mother and I immensely when we had no where else to go. Thank you to Robertson House, its tireless workers and the TLC.

I stayed at this shelter with my daughter before I got my apartment the staff here were amazing especially when I was going through issues with other residents the staff take it seriously an stopped it. I also love the fact you get your own room with a key so you have your privacy an you dont have to worry about your stuff getting stolen (gotta keep bathroom door locked if you are sharing). I also like the fact that they do room check to make sure that your room is spotless ( when I was there an other resident brought in cockroaches).

SHERRY made our stay at Robertsons House a very good experience because of her BIG AND VERY WARM HEART. She was always there and willing to help whenever you needed her assistance. Always Jovial and never a dull moment when she was on duty.JENNIFER GRAY, needs to be applauded as well for her high level of professionalism. She always listened tentatively and was always willing to assist swiftly where she could. I couldn't be more grateful to these two staff members who made our stay at Robertsons House a memorable one.
