RECO is the most useless sham of a regulatory agency" that has ever existed. It is just a bunch of shriveled up ex-real estate agents that aged out of the real estate

I wish I could give less than 0 to this company shame on this company because of real estate agents scamms people suffering.I filled complaint in reco I sent all Evidence against real estate agent( NEGINA SALIM )who scammed me with fake approval from CIBC .Still reco is not taking any action where I lost my $60k Hardworking Money .Anyone who read my review never ever buy house property in canada.There is no honest real estate Agent all of them are getting license from Reco to scamm people .Thanks to this shameful company Reco and the Government that not taking any action.

The exam taking process is scam. This is outsourced to India. So you pay the fees to Humber College and then some zoombie with serial number will ask you make a 360 video of your home ( Proctortrack) and will ask you to show the driver license so that they can access all your personal vehicles attached to Driver License and steal from your drive way. If you charge me fees here take my exam here. With this environment, just imagine what type people are in the industry from whom you expect service giving the highest level of fees. Even bypass surgery costs less.

I got scam from real estate agent so I sent more than 10times emails , proof documents and called them but they didn't want to responce or they asked more and more proof of documents but they even didn't read about my emails and appeal . Just said this is nothing ! No guilty ! We cannot do anything. How much I can proof this scam? Even police related fraudulent but they said no guilty. RECO is nothing! They was yelling and closed the phone on my face. All Compliance people has very rude and not professional. They enjoyed to fight with client! I don't know why they said file to complain?? They won't do anything. They enjoyed what client complained because real estate brokage will fund them more.

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. Rude. Aggressive. I am absolutely ashamed to have this behind me. There are countless unethical acts happening in this industry. Something has to be done or it will sink faster than the Titanic. Its absolutely disgusting what is being brushed under the rug in this industry. Shame on you.

There is no law, no accountability, no support for buyers, everything is against buyers, if real estate agent do anything wrong, be sure nothing can be done against them. Just be careful buyers.Real estate is all scum and waste of money. Buy when you have full payment. Don't borrow. Too much interest.My own experience

I’m a registrant. After reading some of the reviews, all I can say is my every call to RECO has been a good experience. If there’s a question I need answered regarding the mandatory education courses, or my RECO registration, I am always connected to the right department to receive immediate assistance. My problem may not be resolved on the day that I place the call, but it is resolved usually within 24-48 hours. As far as I see it, that is an acceptable time frame. My advice is, don’t leave everything until the last minute. Plan ahead.

Not sure what kind of regulator RECO is?They didn't even bother to investigate our complaint against our realtor.It seems they are there to support/protect realtors.In no ways they support consumers.There are so many wrongful, fraudulent and unethical practices these real estate agents do without any fear because they know regulator is useless!

RECO should change their mission to read that their sole interest is to protect realtors and brokers from being responsible for their own misconduct. I am disgusted with this entity. They have no interest in protecting consumers from real estate so-called professionals' misconduct, exploitation and fraud

Real estate is all scam from A to Z. First real estate agent will scam you, 2nd bank will scam you. All issue. it's better not to enter this scary world of issues. no one supports. buyers are the only victims. No justice in this sector. Reco just a name, but in reality agents supporter.
