Amazing service by Stephanie. I had never had an experience at this place like yesterday. Allow me to explain. I broke a wine glass and needed to replace it. Online, it shows the style has been discontinued and there were only 2 left (of a different size). Still I decided to give it a try and went there. After walking the whole glassware section, I asked a lady for help. OMG, I was floored with her help. After digging in her tablet she said there was one left in the warehouse (the size I needed), but because it had been discontinued, it may as well be a discrepancy. Not only she checked the warehouse, she told me if there were none, she would try to find one and have it shipped to me. Lo and behold, the warehouse guy showed up with the last glass of the style and size I needed. Hard to express how much that kind of service is appreciate it, Stephanie not only went out her way to make sure I got what I needed; she also showed amazing customer service and she is a very nice, cordial person.I was so reluctant to go there because my usual experience there is of dismissive employees but she proved me wrong. big THANKS!!!

Finishing doing the dishes I purchased yesterday, I am writing a review.My mother bought plates, bowls and cutlery set for us from here. There were various kinds of dishes in the store so we could find what we want.Nora, one of the staff, expressed how sweet my mother was to get her daughter and son-in-law nice dishes and kindly helped us to get the most flawless, the best ones among what the store had. Also, it was very kind of her to speak to my mother slowly so that she could understand easily. Nora made our shopping very pleasant :)

Beautiful store with beautiful merchandise. Everything is overpriced. I had to get my glasses out as I thought I was seeing double ones on the tag of a sofa priced at over $11000.

Fantastic customer service. Cathy made out experience fun and educational. We learned about the knifes we wanted to purchase and some tips and tricks on care for them. Cathy was absolutely fantastic and took the time to wrap each knife we purchased in individual boxes as she knew they were for different people based off the conversations we had. Will for sure return for further purchases in the future!!!

Love the quality products that Crate and Barrel sell … Shopping here is always a great experience … The associates ask you if you need help but never smother you … They go above and beyond by doing things that aren’t expected like walk things out to your car HAPPILY. Found the perfect indoor plant online only to see that it can only be purchased online with a $200+ shipping fee. Called the store to see what can be done and spoke to Maggie. She helped in arranging a pick up directly from the warehouse in Calgary to bypass the shipping fee! Thank you Maggie!!

We ordered and paid a deposit on July 3rd, 2022 and have still not received our furniture that was promised to arrive in January 2023. We were told that the remaining balance would be due when the furniture was ready to be picked up. We have yet to receive our furniture, and crate and barrel now want us to pay in FULL before they ship it from a USA warehouse through customs to Canada, and take another 2 weeks or more to arrive. This was never explained to us when we put our deposit down. We are still waiting for crate and barrel to deliver our product to a local warehouse as promised, and are perfectly willing to pay the remaining amount when it is READY to be picked up.

A very good store for or home stuff. Its a bit pricy but you are paying for quality content. The staff is always helpful whenever I have been there.

It has been about 6 weeks with our new couches that took approximately 8 months to arrive. We purchased both the Gather regular depth full size sofa and an apartment size sofa due to space restrictions. I am quite disappointed that the 4 toss cushions came king size and surely were meant for the deep version of these couches. They looked so ridiculous and were totally uncomfortable and in order to sit on the smaller couch they had to be put on the floor. I had them revised to half the size and put down filled pillows in them, which makes the sofas look nicer and they are a little more comfortable. The back cushions are not all sewn straight, nor are they comfortable, which I don't understand, as they are mass produced I'm assuming by the wait time. The upgraded" fabric I ordered has already stretched where both my husband (170 lbs) and I sit (125 lbs). We are not large people. It appears they will be very sloppy soon.I am somewhat disappointed in the lack of customer service. After spending quite a lot of money and waiting the 8 months for furniture that is fairly average

It's a wonderful place for furniture or anything interior related shopping. It has very fine collection of rugs, crokery sets, dining sets and many more. Even the Interior sets organized for customer experience are just lovely. The ambience is customer friendly, we can really experience anything we want to purchase. The staff if very friendly and helpful from providing information to suggestions to finalizing your order deliveries.
