They do not send money to the right place.

I was in that office tonight and waited more than 20 min in lane for service (to send money through Western Union). There was only one emplyee busy with the client and I could not see the end of that case as after 15 min of service for him the client requested to activate the card for him and the employee stacked on the phone (before she said that he should do it by himself). Therefore, I asked for help from another employee who was also in the office. The first employee answered that the second emplyee also was busy in unpolite manner. So I left without solving my problem.I do not think that this is acceptable service and do not want to be back to this office. I am not going to recommend it to my friends as well and try to find another place with better service.

I've gone to 3 places that didn't have enough funds. Then I called this location and hoping it would be different! The lady there named Naz did an excellent job! Had few glitches but resolved the transaction!

I when in the morning to collect some cash and they didn't have any cash at 9:30 am so i went back in the afternoon as they ask me too , i should've gone to another store the lady that did my transaction was so rude she pretty much just throw the cash at me . I know we all have bad days but when your in customer service your bad days should never affect the customers you serve
