Fantastic work place where you gain real life skills & knowledge about people & business. Atmosphere in the office is fun & upbeat where you ingage with everyone. Long hours- but it pays off with your compensation. Never had quite the experience were I come out such a better person. Manager Matthew Lightfoot is a great mentor.

I have been working here in my co-op. It was such an amazing experience of learning and improving myself. The leaders and managers were there to help and encourage me. The positive energy from this job can inspire me to always keep moving forward.

I worked here for a year, and then transferred to California. I have never learned so much so quickly, as I did at Steps Management. The manager and trainers have created a great environment for learning and growing. I learned how to manage, train, interview, network, and other important skills which are key to running a business. Everyone cares and is always willing to help each other. It is nice to work at a company where you know that even the owner cares about you, and is willing to help you grow. The owner Matt even helped me transfer to California, so I could move back home with my family. What I learned at Steps was invaluable, and now I am assistant manager in CA. My career was founded here, and I am so happy to have had the honor of working at Steps.

Amazing experience and awesome opportunity to learn and grow. I’ve only been working at Steps for about 3 weeks now and it has already made me a much better individual and taught me so much, not just about being successful at business but in life as well. I’m always pumped to come into the office every morning and the environment is second to none. I have worked in this office for over a year and I enjoyed every day of. It is a fast paced environment that pushes you to grow and improve everyday. Don't get me wrong any person that has focused on improving themselves personally and professionally would agree that it's tough. But this job and environment pushed me to overcome challenges and obstacles. I would recommend this work for any entrepreneur that is looking to grow in the markering industry. I went from having no business education to being able to manage and run a successful business. Also, the education cost me nothing and I was able to make money at the same time I was learning and growing professionally.

Very positive and fun place to work! Everyone you meet will inspire you to be a better employe and person everyday.Was very hesitant to start in this business, it's not my normal type of job. Turns out it's way more than just a job. This was the most beneficial opportunity and experience of my life. I graduated from university in a completely different field last summer and luckily found myself a position in this company.
