The staff members have a terrible attitude towards customers. Very rude. Almost like we are waiting THEIR time.. one girl with black nails got upset with me because I asked if they can clean the slab because it was covered in other people's ice cream her response was it will always have ice cream on it.". How is this sanitary? What about cross contamination? She said they only clean a part of the slab if we say we have allergies...this is very concerning.."

HORRIBLE.... Passed by Corydon location and was told they do not accept cash any more. IT IS ILLEGAL TO REFUSE LEGAL TENDER. Their reasoning was because they had been broken into. Plenty businesses have gone through this, very unfortunate, but does not make it right to refuse legal payment methods. I emailed the BBB on this issue.

A banana split. Think about what that is.I ordered a banana split then was asked what ice cream I wanted during a very busy line up. I wanted a standard banana split so I just said chocolate vanilla and strawberry like a normal split. Then was asked which topping I wanted. So I chose some peanuts and score bits and oreo. Then my wife says she wanted the strawberry sauce pineapple sauce and chocolate sauce. Then the person making the split says you only get three toppings. Like I want a standard banana split. You should know how to make it based on the photo you have. He also cut his finger when cutting the banana and i watched as he was making sure he wasn’t bleeding. Not interested in blood as an additional topping. A banana split comes a specific way. If I want to change it I will tell you. But it comes with chocolate vanilla and strawberry ice cream. Peanuts chocolate sauce strawberry sauce and pineapple sauce. With whip cream and a cherry. Anything else is extra. Learn to make it!!. It should come with all those ingredients as a standard.Terrible service. Dirty tables. They do not accept cash. Way too expensive. Staff dont know how to serve people. No training. Won’t go there again.

I placed an order on skip, their slab was not working so they didn’t mix my toppings, they were out of few toppings. Less portion of icecream but idk how many scoops of shred coconut get added. As long as I remember i paid for icecream not coconut, you should have given me a call if these many things were out/wrong with order. But they choose not to . And put a note in bag to get paid for nothing. Literally had to throw tried to eat but . Not getting an option to add photo but i have in my phone if you want . I placed order around 9:30

Love this place, amazing customer service from this person who served us. Ice cream tasted really delicious.

Customer service was very poor. After our order we sat at the table which had not been cleaned it looked like all day. As soon as we were the only ones left in marble slab, the staff just sat down all three on their phones until someone else came in instead of cleaning a thing. Finally the staff played rock, paper and scissors in front of the next guest for who would serve this guest! Shocking and rude as the person 100% saw it. We were there around 8pm sat may 6.

Very tasty ice cream. Lots of selection, toppings, and cones. Bit pricey though. The regular cone is gigantic- don’t know how anyone could finish it! Some seating inside, needed to ask for the tables to be wiped. Cash not accepted.

Marble is thee spot for ice cream. Great selection of fan favorites. What makes Marble Slab amazing is the handmade real cream ice cream. My go-to is Raspberry cheesecake or the Strawberry Shortcake with cheesecake ice cream instead of the sweet cream.
