The place is very clean and super friendly. My masseuse was very nice however not really good at her job. I would stop her 10 times and she wouldn't listen to me at all. I specifically asked her to be gentle and she was so aggressive. My friend had a better masseuse and recommends, however I am not too pleased.

Had a mediocre experience, came in for a foot massage, the atmosphere was nice until the masseuse decided to turn on the TV blasting local news. This was not only distracting to me but also to her which is why I had such an unremarkable time.

My foot was very sore. And I just walked in with my sister. Luckily, they had 2 people available for foot massages. I told my masseuse what type of pain I was experiencing, and she knew exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling much better.

Excellent massage! These ladies have very strong hands. If you need a deep tissue massage this is the place.

Gone here several times, great for deep tissue and cupping. This has become my go to spot.

I did the hour foot reflexology twice in one week. First one was with Anna and it was great. Relieved a lot of my foot soreness from sports. Second time was with Cindy. She is STRONG, but it's just what I needed. The staff are so friendly as well.I'm going to try the RMT massage next.UPDATE: Did an RMT massage with Coco. She was awesome and helped relieve a lot of soreness and stress in my shoulders and back. I will be back.

I booked an appointment by phone for a 90 min massage last week. When I arrived, I only had to wait for 5 min before I was lead to the massage room. Thanks to the reservation, the place was full and without reserving my spot ahead of time I would never be able to get my long overdue massage that day.I went to the washroom before my massage. It's clean, absolutely no smell of a dirty toilet like many of the malls. Plenty of hand soap and paper towel. Even has a walk-in shower, but closed due to the Covid pandemic.My massager was Angela. Soft spoken but did wonderful massages. I play pickleball and do Zumba a few times a week, so my muscles are tight. Angela was able to identify the various spots of tightness in my back and lower legs before I even had to point them to her. Her massage gradually loosen up my knots and tightness WITHOUT causing much pain. I had been to massages which were almost unbearable and gave me bruises. At the end of the massage, Angela used hot wet towels to wipe off the excess massage oil from my body. The heat was so soothing and relaxing.Definitely will return

It was out First time here, foot massage was ok, this place is extremely noisy and people are taking very loud. There is no relaxation zoon here.Our masseuse had his phone on while we were in the room for body massage. He kept receiving text messages and Facebook messages as well as phone calls. I was so surprised he didn't even bother to turn it off.There was about 35 minutes of presser point (elbow massage) for me considering that I asked specifically no elbow massage.So disappointed to drive over 45 minutes to get there for this experience.

I normally don’t chat much because of my past experiences with some massagists, sometimes they talk about my body pain too much and makes it seem like I NEED to get massages on a regular basis or I’d collapse.I’ve been a regular here but never had Sophia until today. She’s done a very good job, she will ask you to let her know if she should adjust her strength and would do it accordingly. I had a really good experience with her. You guys are lucky to have Sophia!! I’ve been a regular here and the reason why I’ve been holding off on leaving a review is cause I’m giving 5 star because of her and from now on will only ask for her when I go there!

Never disappointed by the massage at this place! Great service, very accommodating, very good massage therapist! Must try!! All visitors from other cities would make a stop here to help with the long distance driving soreness!
