Merry Maids are fabulous, our house is so fresh and clean after they get done!

I had the great pleasure of choosing Merry Maids to deep clean my apartment. I am a single , disabled, working mom of two and things just got away from me. I felt so defeated and overwhelmed. But let me tell you, it was merry maids to the rescue. I worked very closely with Johanna, who is an absolute doll of an angel of a human being. She worked with me on every level to make sure that they met my needs. And was super flexible financially too which was something I desperately needed. She was kind , understanding and extremely empathetic. I just can't say enough about what an amazing person she truly is. And when it came to the cleaning I was completely blown away at the incredible attention to detail. They scrubbed every nook and cranny and by the time these amazing ladies were done, I thought I was living in a brand new apartment. They did such an incredible job. Not to mention how very sweet they were to my children. I very highly recommend this amazing company. They are not only incredibly good human beings, but they work hard and efficiently. And were completely trustworthy!! I had no fear or worry about my home. They just did an unbelievable job. You won't be disappointed with merry maids!!

We have had the pleasure of Merry Maids' service every two weeks for many years now, in two different houses as well as our office space. Everyone is unfailingly courteous and accommodating. They notify you a day ahead of when your team will arrive, which is very helpful, and the team does a really good and efficient job. They check for feedback regularly and if ever there is a need or a concern they respond immediately. If you are looking for regular and reliable cleaning, I highly recommend them!

The ladies are wonderful - polite, friendly, and very hardworking. The do the work so quickly and efficiently that I hardly know they are there - except that afterwards my house is gleaming clean!

After a three-month construction project I had drywall dust all over the place as you could imagine. Mary maids came in and made it look like there was never any construction done. It was just perfection and now I can enjoy my new house.

Hard to accurately review the service when the owner won’t even call you back with a quote.

I purchased this service for my parents in Clarence, NY. Due to some health restrictions, some tasks have become a bit challenging for them and having a maid service twice a month was a huge relief for all concerned. The maids, of which they send two people to do the job, are just so wonderful and they really love what they do. They pay great attention to detail and my mom just loves their willingness to address any specific issues she may have about a project. My parents feel they are very trustworthy to have in their home, they are true professionals and never leave without a fully clean home that both they and my folks are happy with. The owner is very personal and met with my folks early on in the process. I would highly recommend this company and ask that the community support this family owned business.
