THE STAFF THERE ARE NOT HAPPY TO WORK .OR JUST MAD ALL THE TIME . I CALL THERE ONE TIME ABOUT A UINT ONE WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE. RIGHT OFF THE BAT SHE IN A FOUL MOOD . PLUS UPDATE YOURE WEB AND POSTING YOU HAVE ON THE WEB . IT SAYS YOU HAVE A 1 BED FOR RENT IN ONE THE BUILDING YOU HAVE I LOOK ON THE AD YOU POSTED IT SAYS YOU DO . I GO ON THE WEB PAGE IT SAYS NOPEI WAS GOING TO RENT FROM YOU GUYS BUT AFTER THIS NOPE!!!!

Worst building!! Do not move into the Capreit Rental Building!!!! The management is absolutely terrible!! Elevator always out, fire department here on the regular getting people that are stuck in the elevator out, huge water leak throughout the whole building and nothing substantial was done about it, causing people to actually move out of the building. We are trying to move out and the elevator is still out of service and management is telling us to take all of our stuff down 3 floors... no snow removal during winter, always coming through units for ridiculous reasons and hours no one is home. Spare yourself the headache and find another place to move into!!

The management when calling them have absolutely no communication skills whatsoever. I called to try and book a viewing at Willoughby Walk and the lady said call back next Thurs or Friday??? What?? Then I called to book a viewing at The Point and asked when can I come down to view the place and she asked if I lived in the building? I said what do you mean, she said oh well you said you were coming down. Wow! Talk about lack of personality to try and welcome people in. Trying to get both of them to talk and give me information was like pulling teeth. Can definitely tell if their management staff act like this on the phone, I could only imagine how the properties are being managed. After seeing the reviews on not just one but two of the properties I will not be looking to live at any place managed by Capreit.

So bad and rude management service. I DON'T recommend this place ever.

I came there couple of times and i never found any one in the office to answer my questions or even talk to no one answered my phone

I’d give 0 stars if google allowed.The management is terrible and the maintenance is terrible.This building is relatively new like all buildings in Willoughby area, but we’ve had bloods that led to vacating half the building, we’ve had clogged pipes, and minimum snow removal.Just today, Lisa who apparently works in the office told us to move our car with no apology right at the beginning to tow a car. We saw the situation and was going to move but the tone and wording she used was so condescending and rude. I think if you work as a customer facing position, then there’s a bare minimum you need to do to communicate in a kind manner like “There’s a car that is being towed, could I please ask you to move your car back? Sorry about the inconvenience” not “I need you to move the car, or park upstairs”Edited: we did not harass or call names to the employee but asked her to apologize

Horrible service. Also rude on the phone. I do not recommend this place.

The management here is terrible. It looks like they do not know to follow up on maintenance requests once the maintenance indicates that they cannot handle it and additional work from outside entities is required. I had an issue with my AC unit which took more than 4 months to repair. I had to make numerous emails, phone calls, and compliments for the staff to simply schedule someone capable to come and diagnose the issue. Now I have an issue with with bathroom exhaust fan and the maintenance cannot fix it and needs an electrician and I am waiting for two weeks for them to simply schedule a time. The worst part is, it is extremely difficult to contact them as the leasing office is in a different building and they mostly never answer phone. I would have left this building if not for kids school. I would recommend staying away from Capreit managed properties. They never disappoint you in screwing you up when a maintenance request is placed.Update 1: The rental office returned my call and informed that there is a huge queue I am in a waiting line to get an electrician. After more than two weeks of waiting, the information given is the people at leasing office is busy and there is a huge queue for electricians. They cannot even give an estimate date the repair will be performed. What a great service. Even if there is a queue, how come someone cannot give an estimate? It just sounded like the attitude is we don't care about tanents, we will give some lame explanation and schedule a repair whenever we can.

Jennifer is condescending and bad at her job. After I moved out after 3 years as a result of negligence from management and a brake in that was never resolved because NONE of the cameras in the build are functional, i was charged rent after moving out. Now I can't get my money returned. Shady management. Never there and when they are they are rude and disregard complaints and serious issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Multiple brake-ins none of the cameras in the building work. my first week living there the balcony came apart while i was leaning on it ( i rented a top floor unit ) took management months to fix. After moving out management has neglected my emails and phone calls to retrieve my $900 deposit. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
