Chateau Motel

I booked on the internet, when I arrived I saw a dirty motel, but the worst is the bedroom really stinky, old beds, air conditioning not working, no fridge, this place is a nightmare, do not stay is looks unsafe. I will never stay there. The $70 dollars is too expensive for a night in this ugly, dirty, stinky, and dangerous place.

Garbage greasy motel. I had a Hopper reservation for $62 and mentioned it to the front desk 3 times. The hotel double charged me for the room anyway ($76 debt only, no credit cards accepted), and said the extra $14 was just the tax included on the deposit. It took over a month for me to get a refund because the hotel would not cooperate,dragged their feet, and did not respond to Hopper's inquires. And it was Hopper that refunded my money in the end NOT the hotel. The hotel room was also dirty and damaged. 0/10.

Horrible horrible place to stay. It is dirty and so out dated. The owners plus thr staff have regular verbal altercations at the front desk, at all hours of the night Into early morning and they lie to keep for deposit. I would not recommend anyone stay hThere, it was the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I stay a lot of hotels for work.

Clean and spacious room. Polite staff. Amenities available. Had a comfy stay.

What a horrible place to stay.The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. We got put in a room beside the owners/staff room and they were yelling and arguing in Punjabi early in the morning and very late at night. We had to call the front desk and ask them to stop and they tried to deny it, but we could understand what they were yelling about and it was family and hotel matters.The bathroom was dirty, outdated and run down.The bed was old and uncomfortable, and the carpet was dirty.Not to mention, the owner kept my driver's license at check in, didn't give it back to me and tried to keep it. He didn't end up giving it back until check out.They have refused to send me my invoice to expense it for work after multiple emails and phone calls.Do not stay here, I don't recommend it, and you will wish you never booked it.

So i called here in the evening of april 28, 2023. Employee informed me it was fully booked with no timeline for a vacancy. He clearly did not want to help me.When i asked to speak with a manager he said he isnt in. Then replied the next day. Then he rudely asks Well. Who are you??"Well

The place was dirty, and the toilet would not flush properly. No receipt was provided, so I had to specifically ask for receipt for tracking my business expenses. Upon checking out of the hotel , the stuff accused me of stealing three Netflix remote that were suppose to be in the unit. Do I need to say that I have not watch TV in years, and couldn't care less about remotes. I had a lengthy conversation with their desk (the owner apparently) about the situation with the remotes. He was thoughtful and accepted my reasoning about situation with remotes, agreeing that there is must be misunderstanding, and that there would be no extra charges for remotes. Three weeks later I find that despite the owner promise, this hotel overcharged my credit card.Do not stay at this filthy place.

Meh. You get what you pay for. I spent 105$ for one night . The room was smelly. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was cut up croissants and a couple boiled eggs.. Spend the extra 20 or 30 bucks and go somewhere else that's clean with a pool and a nice breakfast. No way they should be charging over 70 bux a night here.

although The room was overpriced because it was very damaged, it was a decent size.Night / 6am staff was very easy to talk to, and reasonable, day time staff, on the other hand, was very pushy and rude.I admit I slept way into the afternoon ( 12:30) and I was suppose to go speak with front desk at 11 but I had been driving all night I checked in at 6am and needed to walk my 5 month old puppy and shower before I could go to sleep.The door didnt close properly and needs to be slammed in order to stay closed, bed had a huge stain under the brown throw at the end, there were stains all over the carpets along with cigarette burn marks everywhere.I spoke over the phone with a woman at the front desk at 12:43 and informed her I would be staying another night she hung up on me, 45 minutes later a man knocked on my door and told me I needed to change rooms I told him I would rather stay where I was, he told me that they had a reservation for that room I told him that isn't right and that I was already in the room and told the woman I was staying and he told me that they made a mistake and its too bad I still had to move.I said ok, give me a bit to gather my things and finish getting ready for my day." All while my puppy was trying to eat my foot. (Very painful and frustrating) I closed my door with a slam ... 28 minutes later, a plain-clothed police officer!!" knocked on my door
