PHD plumbing and Well Service

I am new to PhD and needed a plumber the first week and later the second week in our new home. I called them the first week because there was a horrible stench in our bathroom. Apparently there was a air valve fitted under the sink that had gone bad. The tech found it immediately, replaced it, problem taken care of. A week later we had a leak from our third floor to the ceiling of the second floor. This tech and his partner solved the problem. Since they were already at the house I also had them refit all of the toilets since almost all of them had some flushing issues. They did an excellent job and I haven't had any problems since. The only negative at all is that the tech on the second job could have been clearer communicating with me, but we worked it out and he was always kind and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our well pump burned out on the hottest day of the summer, and PHD Plumbing came out to inspect it at 9pm on a Friday evening, then returned to complete the service first thing Saturday morning. Their price quote was fair, given the level of professionalism we have always experienced from them (over ten years of employing their services). Good, solid, dependable work.

To get a second opinion on some septic work I had by another business, I recently called PHD Plumbing and Well Service. The man I spoke with was very kind and helpful, and he provided me with useful information. I will definitely give them a call the next time I need work done because of their excellent customer service.

We were out of water as our well pump failed. After contacting google, we had a call back within minutes on a Friday afternoon. Mike arrived first thing Saturday morning prepared and knew exactly what to do. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He will definitely be our first call for any plumbing or well needs from now on!

Mike replaced our well pump and pressure tank last fall. His response to my initial phone call was within 5 minutes and he did the job promptly and well. He always kept us informed about everything that was going on. I would highly recommend him

PHd Plumbing was extremely responsive. Arrived next day to look at the well on a newly purchased house that was having problems. Fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Installed a heat bulb to keep it from happening again and got my water tested for me as well. Would highly recommend them!

After contacting google, David called me almost immediately. I explained my problem and he knew what was wrong just from hearing me tell about it. He had the parts in stock and asked if I needed him to come right away. This was 7:00pm. I said the next morning would be fine. He showed up right on time the next morning and had everything needed on his truck. He was clean, efficient, and quick. I would hire him again in a minute. Thanks David for a great job.

Excellent person to deal with! Was very kind, courteous, and was able to come on the same day, which was excellent, otherwise we'd have been left without a kitchen faucet. Highly recommended!

Great service - had a plumbing emergency, David turned up within a couple of hours, found the problem, fixed and explained it. Very resourceful, professional and prompt. Very reasonable pricing. Top of my list for future house issues. Would recommend.

David called me immediately and came out same day with all the right equipment to make the repair. Very knowledgeable and replaced my pressure tank quickly. Pricing is fair, not your cheapest contractor, but better than the larger companies. I will use PHD plumbing and well service again
