As a previous Dental Manager I would highly recommend this program! Through various modules, students are taught a very good base of dental terminology as well as the intricacies of reception. The program was designed by two Registered Dental Assistants who strongly understand the importance of strong Dental Administration and how this creates success for a Dental Practice.With the shortages we are all experiencing with Dental Admin., some offices are choosing to hire uneducated staff and attempting to train. Oral Heath Academy is a great option to invest in the right employee. Since the program is online, new employees would have the opportunity to work during the day while completing modules at night or over the weekends.Many people are also seeking a career change. I took the training from Oral Health Academy, and I am so impressed with how in depth everything was. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. I have almost 10 years of experience as an RDA, and I wanted to become more well rounded in my field and take on more responsibility in administration.
