Gorgeous new store in sherwood Park. The staff were fantastic at the grand opening answering all my questions about the ebikes and not pressuring us to buy. Will definitely be going back when I am ready to buy.

Dennis is by far the most helpful person I have met at any bike store in the Edmonton area. As someone who is relatively new to the world of MTB maintenance, he has been a fantastic resource for finding the right parts at the right price. I will continue to give my business to this location as a result.

I stopped in to get a new set of Pedals, found out they honour the Rocky mountain senior ski club discount, they had to get the pedals from the West end store which only took a couple of days. I also ended up buying a nice Smith helmut. The staff were super helpful. I would recommend this store and I will be back.

If you have ever been unsure about riding a bike, go on in to this store and speak with Jesse. He set me up with a new to me bike that suited all my needs. He gave me useful pointers when he saw my riding abilities while I tested out the bike. I bought the bike and used his instructions and now I am riding with way more confidence and loving every ride. I came by the store today because I've been shopping for a new enduro bike. Robert was able to help me out and honestly I was blown away with how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful he was. The level of service I received was incredible, even if I don't end up buying a Cube bike from Revolution cycle I will definitely be back for accessories and service. I love supporting local small business and this is the reason why, highly recommend to anyone. You guys at Revolution Cycle are awesome!

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. The overall atmosphere at this location is very welcoming and the experiences we've had with the staff has been incredible. It isn't often that you find a place with the kind of staff, especially with all the questions I ask, with the willingness to answer every thing in a quick and concise manner and not make you feel like you're stupid and they're bored.1. They don't act in a pushy manner to make a sale.2. They have amazing product knowledge.3. Extremely friendly and want to help you make the best choice for you and your bike and will make suggestions for a simple solution if something you previously had isn't working or how you can improve upon it.4. Can't say enough good things about the service dept. either. They are super friendly and completely went out of the way to service my bike and make sure it was working properly as well as listening to me ramble on about suspension, trails, how much travel, etc. etc. etc. Unfortunately we found some issues, but they went through the trouble of researching companies to find me a replacement shock ASAP while also providing phone #'s to reach out to the companies to provide time lines for parts and their eta's for arrival in shop. If they can't find it, they will make sure you have the tools to get it/find it even if it takes some time.Overall, I can't say enough positive things about this location. I am very grateful to these guys for always making our visits a pleasure. Please stop by and visit these guys in Sherwood Park for all your bicycle needs. They are amazing, quick with a joke :) and you can't beat the friendly atmosphere.

I purchased a new bike (Sherwood location) the week of July 3rd. Someone picked it up for me and brought it to me in south Edmonton. The seat was to be adjusted and that was missed. Noel, my sales person, made a special trip all the way into Edmonton to rectify the situation. The solution was well thought out and effective. No hassles on my end. Excellent client service! Fantastic second experience here. Taylor was knowledgeable, took a previous experience that wasn’t ideal, took the time to get my son what he needed. She hit it out of the park! Very appreciated.
