The staff were great at first until I said I didn't want the warranty from them and wanted the one from my provider, I was buying a gift for my husband for Christmas and they told me I had 14 days to return but my provider told me I had until Jan 17th, now Christmas day and they totally switched the plan I was provided by my provider, and has been nothing but headaches for me and my husband..... im beyond mad and furious and would never recommend this place to anybody!

I went there to buy a new phone and the staff member Rami was extremely helpful and courteous. I cannot recommend enough her hard effort and dedication to helping myself and another shopper that was in there.

Purchased a phone and didn't understand it. Brought it back and Katie took all the time I needed to get me going. Can't praise her enough. Would definitely recommend the mobile shop
