I bought a piece of garbage NovaAir heat pump from this company. It broke down twice in less than a year and now they wont even callback to come fix it. I definitely don't recommend buying NovaAir or anything from this company

Great service easy to deal with

Terrible customer service. System installed 2 years ago and no one returns my calls when an issue arises that should be covered under warranty.It was a complex system with 5 heads and 2 outdoor units. I am now left with a cold house and some units that do not work. Worst thing is I have 2 kids under 5 and my wife is pregnant.You spend the kind of money that we have and the company is not responsible enough to ensure the system works... sad, confused and don’t know what to do. Do not make the same mistake that I didThe units are LG. I do not blame the manufacture, this is more the customer service from this company.

I was a contractor that perform 3 install and a few service call. I have not get paid. If the post is still there it means it as not being paid.Please be aware!!

Some of the greatest people you'll ever meet very knowledgeable installations go without a breeze. They take care of their product and the owner is exceptional with knowing how people's needs are met.
