I don’t generally write reviews, however I felt it necessary to write one for this service repair company.I had the best customer service experience I have ever had.... no exaggeration.Both the technician and the CS were excellent. They fixed the robotic pool cleaner the same day..... unbelievable!They walked me through the repair and explained the intricacies of what needed to be done.It’s running like new!Well Done and Thank you so much T&N

I dealt with Terri for a warranty repair of my Polaris robot pool vaccum. She was very responsive to texts, helpful, friendly, and accomodating for drop-off and pickup times.They also had the replacement robot basket/container in stock at a great price and they take credit cards which was convenient as I wasn't carrying cash.If you need your pool robot repaired or want to buy anything else pool-related, I would highly recommend T&N.

I bought a Polaris P945 motor from T and N to repair the pool robot myself. It turns out I wasn't as good at repairing things as I thought. I brought to T and N and Nick fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable charge. These people are knowledgeable and provide great service. They even have drop-off depots to facilitate getting your equipment to and from them while avoiding awkward shipping hassles and costs.T and N is definitely my go to for pool robot maintenance and new purchase. I highly recommend them!

Nick and Teri-Lynn know their stuff! Location is incredibly convenient, stock is full and they’re ready to help. We bought a pool second hand online, and they got us set up to have our pool fully functional. Couldn’t have done it without their expertise.
