I’ve been here twice, the first time (around august) the girl that took my sample was awesome. I went today and it took 3 people to get my blood sample, i’ve never had an issue when i get blood tests done until today. The first two technicians couldn’t get any blood, one of them started moving the needle inside my already bruised arm (i got another test done earlier this week so my arm is bruised). The last girl who took tried to take the sample was awesome and got my blood right away, after 2 other technicians couldn’t, i’m very grateful with her and she made me feel safe.. but i still left the building crying and in pain, i’m already scared of needles and blood tests and this experience wasn’t good at all for me.

Had an appointment at 3:15. I showed up early. They’re still letting walk-ins in ahead, and getting people in who were here for 3:30 and 3:45, and several other people with appointments were just shuffled in with the walk-ins. Appointments are useless I guess. Poor organization. They’re stunned.

Went for a blood test and had trouble finding my veins so he changed to a smaller needle and the next day no bruising. I was dehydrated, so thats why veins where hard to find.

The receptionist, Deb was very rude to everyone, especially her co-workers. I was not the only one who noticed. She talked down to them as if they were below her. She was the only Caucasian worker & I believe that was the main reason for the extreme disrespect towards them.She talked passive aggressively to her coworkers and patients. All other staff members were respectful. She needs to re-evaluate how she treats people as I had second hand embarrassment for her.

This place screws up blood work I'm a dialysis patient I do pre blood work ( before dialysis)and post (after dialysis) the pre blood results and post should not be the same I have made a complaint with S.H.A

95% of the time I come to this location I have a horrible experience. Whether it is losing requisitions, rude staff or them having to poke me multiple times for blood, it's always something. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. I have only come here out of necessity (because it was close to my previous job) but I recommend anyone needing to do blood work GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Today my doctor's office sent over a requisition at 10:45am. I got there after work (at 2) and they said there was no requisition sent, I proceeded to call my doctor's office 2 more times to send it 2 more times... Almost 2 hours later, they found all 3 of the requisitions in a random pile. I wasted my afternoon waiting because they were careless with time sensitive requisitions. Just HORRIBLE staff.

We had the best experience with Brynn. I was nervous coming to get blood work completed on my three year old. He was awesome! He made her a puppet, sang songs and best of all got her vein first try! Thank you for making a difficult thing a positive experience.

I have very narrow viens and have had repeated issues in the past with blood being drawn. I have to say that the young lady who looked after me today was excellent. She communicated with me well and took her time to get it right the first time.The clinic was extreamely busy but the staff was professional and effecient as far as I saw and I must say they were much better than what I have seen on the reviews here.
