The closest medical office building to my home. I've gone there for many different things since 1978 when there was a Greek restaurant on the corner main floor.

I come to this place for various medical issues. The elevators are fast. There's a grocery store on the main floor for those in hurry. As well, there's a coffee shop. I'm not sure which one. The bus stops right at the door. It's close to the hospital and the Kaye Clinic.

Very clean had to go to Dynalife all the people were very pleasant and even the customers were very helpful seeing i was using my walker they were very considerate with holding doors and such

Nice professional building, clean & the elevators are nice but definitely fast feels weird. A bit confusing though didn't think there were sooooo many levels. Bonus though they have a Starbucks for those coffee ☕ lovers & such

Started working in the building this week. Upon entering the lobby, you can also access the entrance of CIBC, Starbucks and H Mart. It has more than 16 floors. One level parking and two underground parking. Àlong 82 Ave is the entrance of the Level Parking, its exit is along 83 Ave. The receptionist explained well about the Reserved Tandem Parking and the Random Parking. Staff were nice and polite. Always clean specially the.washrooms.

I had great experience with this lovely building. Every time I visit it I feel so happy and satisfied. Once you enter the building info staff welcome you and guide you to the right location that you look for. Building is tidy and neat. Thank you do much for helping public.

Pleasantly surprised how much cleaner this place was than on my last visit. Large residential, professional building with limited commercial. Many medical specialists have their office located here. No more rude front desk staff was a pleasant change. Inside parking, although small spots welcomely warm especially during winter.
