Very nice but very private

New owners in the last 3 months, very difficult to communicate, Asian decent and appears to have no Marina or boating experiance. Gate lock has been broken for weeks. Will wait and see I guess

Unbelievable. Website says they have a marine pump out station at this marina. Called to confirm, and I swear, the person did not comprehend what I was asking and they could not speak virtually a word of English. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Although the docks are new, the management is irresponsible, unresponsive and only present during the summer months. Booked our boat in but management never gave us parking passes, access to the garbage or toilets to start. When our finger lost power, I called and left multiple messages of which I am still waiting on a response from.Marina is not protected from storms unless your boat is small enough to be docked all the way by the ramp.The cherry on the cake came during a winter storm when the marina and many boats where heavily damaged, ours included....no one even bothered to call and let us know...we only found out thanks to the local news station.If you like paying top dollar for no service, intermittent power, an unprotected dock space and enjoy dealing with your insurance company, then this is your spot. Otherwise stay away.

Insert the word Private in this title: Sunshine Beach PRIVATE Marina. Then you will understand that there is nowhere here to launch or park, and certainly no reason to go here. Do not drive miles to this location to discover this detail, don't waste your time, fuel or expectations on this destination simply because it exists on a map. It would have been a pertinent piece of information to have for us, for sure.

Nice moorage and accomodating management. The local sea lion population can be a bit noisy at times

Beachcomber Marina is a small marina ,sarunded with townhouses. It is used by mostly local people.

This place still controlled by Marshall law?

In disrepair. Needs serious work on the ramp to be usable.not open to the general public and best to look elsewhere to launch and get your boat in and out.
