I honestly haven’t had therapy before. I live a very active life working out with heavy loads and such. Been ignoring an elbow pain on my elbows for a long time which is hindering me from progressing on my workouts. After three weeks of treatment and following the advise and at home exercise of my therapist my elbow pain healed. Really great experience. Wish I came sooner.

I've been injured a couple of times and my physiotherapist Krishna has helped me recover well from both. Krishna is really knowledgeable. After just one therapy session with her teaching me the right exercises and stretches, and of course me continuing those exercises at home, I already felt a lot better! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been into two accidents and experienced a lot of pain, physically and emotionally but with the helpof this clinic I am feeling a lot better after treatments. Throughout the years, l went to them 3 times for physio therapy. It's a professional environment. The atmosphere there is very clean, well organized and friendly staff.

Everyone who works in this clinic are so great at what they do. They will take care of you and help you get better. Im glad this is where I ended up going to. My physiotherapist Julie guided me all throughout my recovery journey and I haven't felt any pressure or judgement from anyone. Superb service.

Lauren and Julie have helped and continue to help me on my healing journey. I first met them when I was in a wheelchair and am now walking into my appointments. I have also had massages to help with pain and relaxation and they helped me so much. It's been a long journey and I know that the support from the physiotherapists, massage therapist and the rest of the wonderful team have helped me greatly on my healing journey. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and kind. Thank you!

Everyone’s so kind, patient, and welcoming. I was injured and struggled to get my strength back to my legs, they helped me get back on my feet, and I’m now back to my old self. 10/10

Julie and Lauren helped me progress through my hamstring injury to the point of full range of motion and good health. From the moment I walked in the door at reception to filling out my forms, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
