Bought a gaming desktop for my son this past Christmas as soon as we set it up the monitor had a huge black shadow on the left side of the screen it is now January 3rd and I am still trying to get ahold of somebody at the company via phone and email with no response you call the number in Canada and it immediately disconnects you

Bought a refurbished Lenovo from them, after about 3 months it started freezing randomly when working with MsOffice or any basic functions and it would require having to force power off , I was able to send it back and they sent me a replacement. The replacement is a complete mess. At first I thought it was windows updates slowing it down but all have been updated and the computer is still slow. When I watch youtube the fan switches on and goes like crazy. It looks like they sent me a computer with a older generation (DDR3) RAM than the original one they had initially sold me. I can't load basic pages. Contacting them is a problem, their number always goes to voicemail and the email communications take forever to be attended to. Everything is online right now and I am paralyzed by these issues. I still haven't gotten a hold of someone and it's been 3 days- weekend included.Edit for Update: received a call from tech and they were very helpful and they resolved the issue. Still only 4 stars because the computer had an issue that should have been resolved before sending it to the customer.
