Staff was wonderful and helpful, helped us in picking a new harness and leash for our power puller (well, not anymore!). We brought her in to show them the new gear and they were very attentive and loving and spoiled her happy.

I was shopping for some aquarium water filters with my Mom. We had an interesting time finding the correct code on the box. The sales associate was cordial and helpful in finding what we needed, which wasn't easy. She was able to put the information into a database for the next time we need to get the filters again in the future.

They have the nicest cat tree selection, very high quality! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My 3 stray cats have the same tree from the Simcoe Pet valu. Love that store.
