Always had superb service with this family dental

This is the first time I used dental service at East Ridge Family Dental, the staff is very welcoming and everyone is knowledgeable and thank you for sharing information about good dental hygiene. I was very impressed, high recommended.

The staff at East Ridge Family Dental are so friendly and knowledgeable!! They have guided me through various dental procedures and I am always left feeling calm and assured that I am being well taken care of.

Great staff.Lost 1 star for the parking issue,pot hole that almost broke my car. Need fixed asap.

A big shout out & thank you to the staff and especially Dr. Stratton of East Ridge Family Dental practice.I broke a tooth Wed night, phoned them Thur. morning at 9 am.  I was in and looked after by 10 am.Dr. Stratton phoned me at home Thur. night at 8:30 pm from his house, to see how l was doing.Who gives service like that anymore?Thank you East Ridge.

This is hard to Review. There are two opportunities to review.!!!!A note of caution at end of review!!!1. Staff. I have been unhappy with in the past with my hygienist but not any longer. This young lady is a true shining star in this office. She is kind, engaging and very gentle. When she leaves I will follow ( not in a creepy way). The Dentist, I have had the opportunity to have him do some work on a couple of teeth. He is gentle as well and very personable. He is thorough and I have had zero problems since my visit. Reception, the first person patients interact with when entering the office. She is absolutely a joy to deal with each and every time I am at the office.They are the trifecta of staff. Staff get 5 stars.2. The location and building. Parking is a huge negative. Backing in and out is a potential death sentence. Huge trucks up and down the road make it crazy to back out. Lots of room out back so make a parking lot. Make is safe for your clients and staff. Parking for three is a joke. I have had to park at the court house and and lovely staff asked me to move. Pin in the rump. Seniors must love it!Maintenance, the property has started to look neglected. The grass looked like a hay field most of the summer.Clean the windows!!! Simple and easy to do. Sitting in the chair looking out is pretty awful as a patient. I can’t imagine how the staff feel.There has been a noticeable difference in the build and maintenance since we lost Dr Klym. Hard to recommend this office if it were not for the staff.Feel free to contact me if you wish.CautionOnce I read all the other reviews I noticed lots of the reviewers also reviewed many of the same dental offices. Who goes to so many dental office in same cities. Just seems very very suspect to me. Either Bots or reviewers who are less than honorable. Just a heads up. I live in Owen Sound and have been a long time client.
