We had an addition project completed during the beginning of the pandemic. Scott at Construct & Conserve also managed and coordinated a septic system install and pool install in parallel. Scott was able to complete our project on time and very close to the quoted amount despite the project occurring during the pandemic with associated challenges for materials and labor. The Construct & Conserve team also took the time to fix some issues in the house not related to the addition. The team was professional and respectful and worked around us as we were working from home. We are very happy with the resulting project!

We researched a lot of builder's in our area, but it was Scott and his team that got our business. Their portfolio of work is outstanding, with many award-winning homes in the Durham Region and beyond. The guys are also very down-to-earth, easy to communicate with, quick to reply, and - most importantly - very knowledgeable in the area of custom home construction.Their quote wasn't the lowest and it wasn't the highest, but the quality of workmanship is very evident in the finished product. We have no complaints, and we moved in on time and on budget. Will look to use them again in the future if/when we decide to do an extension.I also can't leave out the on site supervisor, Dave. We visited the site often; he was always generous with his time to answer our questions, and to show us the work that had been done up to that point.BIG thanks C&C!!
