The owner is super nice. My mailbox keys are lost and he helped me to replace the new lock just over the phone. the best solution ever. the price is reasonable and the service is highly professional. Strongly recommend !!!

Great service, super friendly and fast! Needed 2 copies of my apartment key, it took less than 5 minutes from the minute I walked in to the moment I left with the 2 copies in hand. Would definitely recommend this place, price is super reasonable as well and the gentleman who helped me seemed to be very competent and knowledgable! Thanks! :)

This locksmith gave me the option of bringing the door knob and making the key for $20 instead of the usual $200+ that locksmiths charge if they come to yours!!! He says he doesn’t mind making less money because then he gets clients who don’t mind bringing him the door knob. I wish I can give him 20 stars!

These guys are great - I went to them for a key copy that Rona wasn't able to do. The guy here did it in 2 minutes, with a great attitude. For lock and key stuff, please come to this place instead of Rona, Home Depot, etc. They provide amazing service and seem to care about their customers. I totally trust what they do and am glad they are an option in the city.

Lost my mail key and contacted serrupro for assistance. They were very patient and listed different options to best resolve the situation. They came to help install a new lock the same day and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Incredibly efficient and I am super grateful.

Excellent experience with this locksmith. Had the required high-security lock in stock, prepared very quickly. When I was having troubles with the install the locksmith walked me through the problem, and adjusted the cam free of charge until the lock worked perfectly. Would highly recommend.
