I recently started a new job nearby so was excited to try this place. Finally went today and ordered the soy sauce chicken on rice. I was extremely disappointed and won't be returning. I got less than one skinny drumstick's worth of chicken meat. There was barely any meat, mostly bones like chopped up chicken wings and lots of thick fatty chicken skin and more bone. It cost almost $16 for a tiny amount of chicken, mostly rice and bit of greens. They only accept cash. i was expecting bad service from reading the reviews so wasn't surprised there. If you want good soy chicken on rice, go to the place by Superstore on #3 Road. too bad they aren't closer to my workplace.

Had a really great dinner here! Their BBQ meat is the juiciest that I’ve eaten and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. The staff there were all really attentive and nice. Definitely recommend this restaurant :)

Food quality is consistent for the past few visit. Great food and very busy. Make advance reservation is a must. Please keep in mind that for most Chinese restaurant if the food is good don't expect to have good service XD

Food: 6/10Value: 6/10Service: 5/10Location: free parkingFood here was just average. I always wanted to try this place because it was always packed when driving past it. There’s nothing too exciting about the flavour. Tough because Chinese food is so competitive in Richmond and there just wasn’t anything super amazing here.Value wise they’re ok. They’re about $2 cheaper per dish compared to other big chinese restaurants. Some of their dishes come with free soup and soupy dessert. It doesn’t come with rice. It’s extra charge. Portion size is average.Service was average. It’s odd because we came on a bit super busy night. Maybe because I was younger? All the servers were smiles and friendly till they served our table. Then it was very blank face and quick order then they were gone. I’m use to the curt Chinese waiters but the attitude change was really jarring. Like I couldn’t afford the place because I was younger? I’m willing to give this place another try to see maybe if it was just an off night.Will update review then.

They served 8 pieces of small portions of the pork for my sweet and sour pork! Mostly rice. The price went up but the proportions went down. This was my go to place, disappointed.

The food here is amazing, one of my favourite spots in town for Cantonese cuisine. Sometimes service is hit or miss but it’s probably because they are always busy. Overall still a good place.

This is a place that is reasonably priced and serves basic quality Cantonese food comparable to Chinese food served in a food court. You will be full as they give you lots of rice and complimentary soup with your meal.Tried the beef with bitter melon (lots of rice but scant beef and bitter melon) and three meat Hong Kong BBQ meat combo. The chicken had little meat but mainly bone and flavours of both dishes were pure average.
