Great customer service, nice vibe, and tasty bubble tea! I got the Roasted Oolong tea and it was just perfect. Can't wait to go back and try the other drinks!

Had the aloe refresher and added coconut jelly. So refreshing! They have a number of staff favorites and signature drinks. You can also customize the sweetness as well as ice. This is my fav boba shop thus far in Victoria. Really cool vibe. Plenty of indoor seating and free WiFi. Bonus points for paper straws as well.

Good atmosphere and Amazing tea! Literally they have the best **Brown Sugar Bubble tea** in Victoria. Even it has cheese foam on the top as well. I always recommend this cafe to all my friends. You won’t be disappointed with them! Please try it, trust me lol

The person with the Mario ghost tattoo on the neck was awesome. I didn’t get her name. She recommended some good drinks and places to see in Victoria. Customer service is top notched. Will be back when we visit Victoria again.

Stopped in for a milk tea this evening and was pleasantly surprised with the smoothness of the Empress Milk Tea. There are options to choose a split cup to try out two separate flavours. Staff is helpful, informative and friendly. Would be back.

Very authentic boba milk tea! We ordered one matcha milk tea with crystal boba and earl’s grey milk tea with regular boba. Both are really good but I especially love the matcha one! The dine in seats are very cozy with nice lighting. Anyone who passes by should come in and have a tea!

We visited this place on Victoria DayGot the Roasted Oolong milk tea with 125% sweetness level ( I think it wasn’t overly sweet at all ) and loved it !! Good size of the drink and refreshing !Thank you for the wonderful experience!! Nice chill spot for boba !

Me and my friends visited Victoria last weekend. We found out this newly opened bubble tea shop just located in downtown area. Their menu comes with so many options, I didn’t know what to get at first. The owner patiently explained the differences between different tea leafs and let me smell them through samples. I end up got what I like and it was tasted so good!! I really recommend everyone should go for a try and spend time there since they offer table games for guests! We will definitely go visit Loyaltea again!

Loyaltea is a fun and friendly boba shop with board games and pleasing wall décor. Service is great here; the staff are so friendly and happy to answer any questions. The drinks are decent, but pretty average. We barely got any boba in our drinks, which was a little disappointing. Regardless, I definitely recommend Loyaltea!
