Had my first Fry bread experience there. Charlie provided excellent service. I was very impressed by the food and price. She is a very knowledgeable woman and is more than willing to chat with you. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!!

Owner is friendly, thats worth a couple stars. Place looks more like an accountant's office than restaurant, we were confused when we first walked in, we thought we had walked in the wrong place lol Food was edible, directly comparable to Burger Baron, in my mind, but at twice the price. Lots of room for improvement, we wish you success going forward.

Charlie is so nice and it was enjoyable to sit outside in the sun.Had the half taco (its huge...and isn't really half of anything...lol) which was home cooked goodness:)Not alot of meat but also had beans too and lots of other ingredients... nice Bannock option to a taco shell.Excellent price and very filling!Would recommend and will be back!

Absolutely a gem of a restaurant. The owner is very accommodating, friendly and fun. I ordered a breakfast sandwich consisting of fry bread, fried bologna and a fried egg. It was most delicious and very filling. It already is a favorite of ours. We certainly will be back and hope everyone will support this take out restaurant and mobile food truck.

The elk burger at any other restaurant would have been very good. Lots of vegetables. Lots of cheese. Just the right level of moisture.But that very acceptable burger on fresh made fry bread is quite something else. You’ll need a napkin. Or three. But you won’t mind because the crunchy chewy slightly sweet fry bread makes an absolutely crackin’ burger. It’s worth a bit of a drive to experience.Service was fantastic. Debit tap accepted. Go get some!

Friendly service plus delicious food. It is so rare to find indigenous themed restaurants in Canada, so it’s a genuine pleasure that Sundre is fortunate enough to have this place in town. I highly recommend checking it out. Their chilli is really great, their Indian taco is huge - served on homemade fry bread, and their elk burgers are really loaded. All good at this quick service restaurant. Note that it’s take-out only, though they have a large picnic table outside.

The best take-out restaurant in all of Alberta is in... gorgeous little Sundre, and it's run by Charlie! Best bannock burger I've ever tried, and my mother-in-law Gayle says Charlie's hamburger soup is to die for. I loved my lunch so much, I'm bringing home that same soup, plus corn chowder and chili! Vegetarian options too, so don't be shy! Also, there's a cosy, artistic waiting area to enjoy some art and Willie Nelson while you wait. What a wonderful way to celebrate Reconciliation Day!
