Very clean building, modern looking. Easy access off the highway. There is parking, but it is not free. I was there for a job interview, and was advised to park across the street, by the bcit lot. Friendly security staff, very helpful in providing directions.

They will rip you off.I had a tv/internet bundle , I changed my home internet to business. They kept charging me for the home internet every month and double billing me. I called and emailed all the time, they would say sorry and they would fix it and credit the account. They didn't and went on for 12 months!!. When they finally did fix the problem, they only credited me 8 months and told me it was my fault, because I should have checked my bill. Since there is only 3 cell companies and 2 cable companies . The companies can behave any way they want. Consumers don't have a choice. They have the politicians paid off and in their pockets.

Telus took over Vivint, our alarm company. Telus' support is the most incompetent tech support I have ever encountered in my life, and that's really saying something.

I have been with several communication companies over the last 30 years, and Telus has continually disappointed me. Now that they are installing fibre optic in my neighbourhood, I get to dodge around their work crews, who strew cabling all over the sidewalks, and park blocking access.

slow wifi ever. Choose Shaw or other company. I havr been using Telus for a long time but right now it is the worst time. Each time that i reach the half way of a month, the wifi starts to slow and that doesn't happen to my friends who have shaw wifi.

Not sure where to actually write this review. Wally, the solution advisor, is very professional and knowledgeable. He's very good at installation stuffs. Offer me many options to choose with caring. This guy is a diamond in Telus!

I got a mobility offer over the phone to transfer my 7 lines with other companies, to Telus, for $260 plus tax. The agent told me that the plans are for infinite time however, after I accepted the offer, they changed it to 24 months, sent me 6 sim cards instead of 7 and change the main line price from $50 to $65.Be aware, because seems either/or Telus & it's agents, use this technique to get customers by offering them something and deliver something else.
