Requested a pick up at 3:00 Am this morning. I must say I'm quite impressed with how the overall experience was. The cab was right on time, neat n clean, dispatch gave me a wake up call right on time. Very professional and courteous approach. Must recommended..!!!

Booked a cab for 3pm. 15 minutes have passed still nit here yet. plus they don't even respond to calls immediately. what kind of service do you guys have

Calls are dispatched out of a completely different country, they will tell you your cab is 15 minutes away and it doesn’t show up for another 45 minutes after. When they tell you a cab is 15 minutes away you shouldn’t be an hour late for work when you call an hour and a half in advance. Dispatch told me they would check on the cab and call me back right away, did not call back for 20 minutes.This used to be the only cab company that I would use in town, I will never use them again

We use this cab company to shuttle employees from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. I always call the night before and so does the hotel and book for the next morning. However Dispatch always forgets to send a cab for the specified time. This has happened to me 3 times, the last time I called the night before, as well as the lady at the front desk, I called them after 5 mins of them being late and they dispatched the cab to the wrong Hotel even though I told them 4 times where I was. Needless to say I almost missed my plane. Get your act together Canadian Cabs!

There is an older gentleman working tonight. In a van glasses if im correct.Very nice and made great conversation. Best cab ride Ive ever taken.We definitely need more cab drivers like him.Very impressed with my service tonight, I think he should be recognized.Thank you-Destiny
