They are very friendly and actually for Amsterdam standards changing a watch battery is 'cheap'.So why 2 star? They changed my watch battery and it hardly lasted 3 months. I actually thought it was my watch that was broken since it's quite old but I tried my luck with another shop and the battery has been good for over 5 months now.

Very professional, quick, and excellent service. 20€ for a battery change is a higher price compared to other stores, but it was a very cozy place and you also got a coffee and a glass of water while you where waiting. Got told it would take 15-20min but it was done in 5.

Absolutely the best place to repair and restore your watches in Amsterdam!I am super happy with the results of the restoration of my two rather old watches. Also, very friendly staff, open to answer any question - they even did a bit of the research for me when I asked for more background for one of my vintage watches.If you need help with your watch, new or vintage, this is the place to go!

I had some problem's with my old Daniel Wellington watch and the person behind the counter told me it most likely is a empty battery problem and he could replace it for €12,50 and it would take 10 minutes.While I was waiting I looked around in this very cozy store and found unique and vintage watches, I have never seen that before in a store for interesting prices. I was offered some coffee while I waited the staff was very helpful and nice.Next time I have a watch problem I will go here again. Much recommended.

Very friendly people. Left my watch for a very necessary “total makeover”: new batteries, replacing the scratched glass with a new one, adding a missing arm, glueing the diamonds that fell off. A month later my watch was ready. Looks brand new now! I’m so happy I could get it fixed like this. Great service!
