I took my 15 year old son to see Dr. James after he was having soreness in his arm with pitching and throwing in baseball . Dr. James took time to listen to how and when the soreness happens, gave my son some great advice to strengthen his back and shoulder ( the root of his arm issues). He did an adjustment but also spent time lossenning his shoulder tightness and it has made a world of difference! I would recommend him to any sports family anytime!!

When I went to see Dr. James Anderson for acupuncture, I didn’t know what to expect. I had been in a car accident and injured my right shoulder and wanted to add treatments to my current recovery plan. He had suggested acupuncture as a treatment but I was very hesitant about someone sticking needles into my shoulder. He listened to my explanation of my injury, asked questions to clarify and patiently described how acupuncture could help. At my first appointment, I was very nervous, but he went very slowly and explained everything he was doing before he did it and made me less apprehensive. The more I experienced, the more comfortable I felt. Dr. James was so patient with me and I am grateful for the treatment as it made a big difference! Thank you, Dr. James!

I had such a great experience with Dr. James Anderson. He is extremely knowledgeable in the field. He really educated me on different movements and what was causing some of the issues I was facing. After the treatment I felt like a new man. My movements were better and faster and the pain is gone! I can't thank Dr Anderson enough.
