The receptionist never ever answers the phone nor does she return our calls, when we had an appointment she was scrolling on her personal phone while sick patients are calling. I cannot fathom how Dr. Banerjee accepts this for his patients, he must be having a relation with his receptionist to allow her so much freedom to not answer calls yet be on her phone playing around. Ridiculous office and doctor

1 star is too much.My daughter got tubes put in her ears September 20th 2022, and was supposed to have follow up in a monthI could NEVER get a hold of the office, they never return phone calls, my pediatrician called, my nurse practitioner called.... absolutely no answer.Ridiculous!!!!!

I'm so grateful to Dr.Banerjee, I have Osteoarthritis in both my thumbs, so he did thumb reconstruction I had both done, OMGosh I have absolutely no more pain.Every day my thumbs get stronger and stronger, I wanna say thank-you for giving my hands another chance, and to his fabulous staff I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, God bless and stay safe ❤

One star is to high of a rating for this Dr. Banerjee! My family member had a reoccuring thyroid cancer and he wanted to watch it. We got referred to an ENT in Toronto and she removed the thyroid since it was the second site of papillary thyroid cancer. After surgery we found out it had spread to the lymph node. I am glad we didn't listen to him! Be very careful and get second opinion on any decisions he makes.

Wait time is over 2 hours and when you finally get in to see him. He doesn't do anything at all, just reviews the earing test and sends you on your way.

Absolutely terrible receptionist. They do not answer calls and they do not respond to messages. They also do not fulfil patient requests after agreeing to do so. I would avoid at all costs.

Dr. Banerjee was the first Doctor to discover the true cause of my hearing problem, that 4 other well known doctors could not find. I am now on the path to have the required operations to a better life.
