Poor communication. Booked 3 weeks vacation 9 months ahead. They cancelled it 7 days before due to 'renovation'. And they didn't even notify me, I had to message them to find out. Unreliable!

Stayed here over a weekend in the summer, great location. Had so much space for our family. Host responded quickly and helped us with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Appartement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, lave vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche linge, four, microonde, bouilloire, fer et table à repasser, ustensiles, 2 téléviseurs avec Netflix. A moindre de problème l'intervention arrive très rapidement. Bravo.

Do not book at this hotel unless you're able to tell the future! This hotel is beautiful but yet it lacks sympathy. Their cancellation policy is 2 weeks ahead of time, most trips are not even booked 2 weeks ahead of time. They have no sympathy for anyone and are all about their money, money, money. It is impossible to get ahold of them over the phone. I would never recommend this hotel.

The building manager is amazing and did everything to ensure we had a safe isolation. 2 bedroom suite and balcony was great for our needs. Internet was strong minus a few drops on occasion. Kitchen had basic tools, we needed. Washer and dryer in apartment was very helpful. Would have been nice to have some hand soap on arrival but knew about it before arriving and came prepared.

Good location and the price was right. Had a few issues while there over weekend but they were quickly corrected.
