The staff of Floors Now are very courteous, helpful and very knowledgable about their products. They answered all of our questions -- even got some tips on deck staining (thanks Tim) ! The new showroom is very welcoming and they have a huge array of flooring samples. We are very pleased with the quality of their products and the pricing is reasonable. Many of our friends have commented on the beauty of our floors. Our daughter and son-in-law are also satisfied customers having redone their whole home with products from Floors Now.

Service was excellent, and the floor I went with was easy to install. The price was reasonable, wasn't a hassle to bring back the extra box which is a huge plus. Highly recommended.

We first saw samples at the Home Show in Timmins. Chessa was very helpful and took the time to explain the different flooring samples to us. We took a different samples home to help make a decision on which tile to choose. Gary Dagenais did a great job installing the floor and we are extremely happy with the finished job.
