Was looking for a bakery open on a Sunday afternoon and found Georgian bakery. It was excellent. The cookies were crisp and perfectly baked (true baker's dozen) and the pecan tarts were exactly like my grandmother used to make. Gooey filling with a delicious crust. The owner was kind enough to give my 12 yr old grandson a brownie, on the house! My grandson was so impressed that he couldn't stop talking about how nice and kind the owner was all the way home. What a great experience.

I bought 6 sprinkle cookies and a pack of 4 butter tarts. Came to $24.00! The cookies were super dry and the butter tarts were so small and didn’t taste very good. Super disappointing that I spent so much and expected something special. I won’t go back, don’t waste your money IMO

I used Georgian Bakery for my son's 2nd birthday. I asked them to make me a variety of green and blue cupcakes for a dinosaur theme and they made them look great and they tasted even better. I highly recommend them for any special occasion or event. I do enjoy their sugar cookies too, those are my favourite!

Donuts and cupcakes were pretty good, I'd rather a softer donut (maybe just preference) and the cupcakes definitely could have been more flavourful for the price.To be honest I walked in ready to spend a decent amount of money on breads and whatever was recommended to me but the person at the desk didn't really seem interested in helping or advising me on what to buy/what was popular even though I said I had never been and was just visiting the area. This experience kind of over shadowed the quality of the goods.

The cutest bakery!We walked by it in our way down to the water thinking that we would grab some treats on our way back up, only to find that they had sold out of most of the things we had our eyes on within the hour.Friendly staff, great treats!100% worth adding to your must see list" of Downtown midline!I'd love to return and try all the treats especially as they freshly come out!"

Small bakery, a little run down. We had a chocolate and a strawberry dipped doughnut. They were okay. Pretty dense old fashioned style and not the light fluffy style that is more common these days.

First Time in Midland and found a bakery that truly is one of a kind. The owner is very hospitable and his baked goods are second to none. I only got a few things, and once that I got home I was so sorry that I didn’t get moreThe owner will cut me to the town with an apple fritter let me just say what a welcoming that was the best apple fritter I’ve ever had yes I will definitely be back

I went this morning, I was looking forward to trying the bakery again. I had asked the lady if the twist donuts were cinnamon sugar, she told me they were,so I bought three.(They were not cinnamon sugar just sugared. They were hard and nearly not edible). I also bought à day old baguette that seemed to be more than that as well.Total was only $10.48, not bad for 3 donuts and a baguette.I'm just disappointed today and so were my kiddos.

Disappointing Butter Tart Doughnut at the Butter Tart Festival. Look at the pictures. Looked good, but look at how far we had to eat into the doughnut (3/4 of the way through) before I found the filling. Sadly, that was about the extent of the filling as well, so hardly any. This had potential. I would like to say that this was a aberration, but looks like somebody else had the same experience today too. Store inside was also not busy, which might be an indicator. Yikes! Good news is that the people working there were very friendly, so hopefully things can get turned around.
