Great selection. But hours aren’t marked. Online the hours are wrong. Today I waited 20 minutes while I seen a staff member in side. They did not acknowledge me as I waited. Then he came out and he told me they aren’t open for an hour. I understand it’s not his fault the hours are wrong but he could have at least told me instead of watching me stand there for 20 minutes.

Tried to exchange a hat and had nothing but issues because there were multiple hats and a buy 3 get 1 free issue. Plus the clerk didn't know how to figure out the return and had to contact another employee to figure it out. Computer showing I had already returned my whole purchase when in fact only 1 had had been exchanged if the 3. Finally got it figure out but I will be hard pressed to shop at Lids again.

My GF bought me a hat which I wanted to return. I was within the 30 day return period which entitled me to receive a full refund. I provided them with a reciept and my request for a refund was denied. Their excuse was that 'they switched to a new system and couldnt refund me my money, only provide me with a store credit.'I will never purchase a hat from this company ever again.
