Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich cost like 15$ for the combo and it was absolutely inedible. Was 100% an old patty that was reheated and ridiculously dry.

If the debit machine is down please notify the customer before taking the order. I had an experience today ordering the food at the drive thru and ended up paying and collecting the food at the restaurant due to debit machine fault. I would have gone to Wendy’s than doing this lol. No complaints for food it’s all about the service.

The food was cold as ice.Considering I asked for a burger with no tomato, which should be custom and not just sitting there.However, there were tomatoes on the burger, so of course my daughter wouldn't eat it.They also forgot my onion rings

Haven't eaten here in many years and I will never again. Chose eating there. Cashier was very helpful. They advertised Jalapeno bites, told me not in stock. I asked why is there not a sign? No reply. Ordered a kids meal for my daughter, told us no toys. I asked for my receipt and magically they offered her an ice cream. Food was horrible. Fries still very cold, daughter's burger was burnt and dried out. Chicken fries also cold. Nuggets were warm. Basically threw out the entire meal and went somewhere else.

Horrible food. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich which is the #12 and it's like they cooked it 4 times the chicken is drier then the desert. So disappointed.

The chicken sandwich was very fresh and good, I found the fries not warm and a little dry.
