My husband and I met with Ross in early spring to discuss our needs. When the crew came I knew that we made the right decision to have Aluminum Pergola built our pergola, because of how thorough they were, when taken the measurements.The day of installation came..3 gentleman came to install the unit, they were very professional and explained every step, they also took another measurement to install the screens at a later date.To my my surprise a few days later I got a call from Ross saying that the screens was ready to be installed. We ordered our 10’x12’kit and 4 screens from Aluminum Pergola last Summer and waited until this Spring to have it installed after our fence and patio were completed. I had done quite a bit of research ahead and had several conversations with Ross prior to selecting this company and the kit. Ross was so helpful and informative and invited me to see pergolas they were installing in Ottawa (where I live). I got to see the product up close and meet Ross and his team. The quality and the operation of the louvres and screens were exceptional compared to others I had seen on the market. I was sold! Fast forward to last Friday when the install was scheduled for. Ross kept me informed through email regarding his team’s ETA as they drove from Missisauga. They arrived on time and went straight to work. I didn’t see much of them as I had Covid and was isolating, but they were professional, quiet and so tidy! It was wonderful to have this completed and for me to have an outdoor space I could be in instead of the isolation room I had been holed up in! Even in the rain, I stayed under the pergola with the louvres closed and the screens down, and I stayed cozy and dry!! I can’t wait for a couple of weeks when we can show it off to family and friends! It is stunning and everything I hope it could be. To Ross and his team, thank you so much for coming to Ottawa to install my pergola! I will recommend you to everyone without hesitation!

This is an excellent product sold by the excellent people at Aluminum Pergola in Mississauga, Ontario. At first we thought the price too high but discovered that it included delivery and assembly. In our case, we were renovating our deck and had been searching for years on how to be able to get more utility from our south facing deck. This past summer it was often so hot that we had to resort to the Mexican tradition of siesta to get any work done at all. We really hope that the pergola will provide a cooling effect but won't know for sure until next year. It sure seems promising. Aluminum Pergola has posted a good video on Utube demonstrating the assembly process that covers most but not all of the details involved. It would be nice to have voice audio to explain some of the more intricate details but watching over a dozen times worked in our case. We only had to make one minor call to AP but that was handled in under a minute by Ross. Assembly took us 3 days total but we work at a snail's pace so that shouldn't deter anyone. The materials and protective wrapping system are really first class but would make an environmentalist crazy: two full large garbage bags full! We sure hope it's all recyclable. My wife and I handled the assembly with the help of 3 strong young men for only 1 hour to get the legs and beams assembled and in place. We had done extensive consultation with Ross before buying because the standard 10' x 12' pergola just fit our space but more importantly we had to get AP to cut off 15 from each leg to fit the north portion of the pergola under our soffit with the louvers fully vertical while still allowing our out-swinging garden door to open fully. All calculations were meticulously done and the result speaks for itself. Highly recommend Ross and his AP team!"

Our new 10x14 pergola is a game changer that allows us to enjoy our backyard even when it's hot and sunny or raining.
