We did an extensive renovation converting our upstairs into 3 bedrooms, new bathroom and a compete new kitchen on the mainfloor. We worked with David and Cameron from Alair Homes. They helped us make our vision come true. Our reno was completed in a timely manner (especially considering COVID). The finished renovation was a complete success. Everyday we notice and appreciate all the many details and great workmanship that make it a home we truly value and love. During the whole process David and Cameron were always so accommodating and accessible via text and email to take care of any issues or questions. They are both extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We appreciated the transparency of the process. The Alair Spreadsheet made it easy to see what was happening and when. Overall it was a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend Alair Homes for any project.

The crew at Alair Homes are very professional. They are eager to provide quotes and have some excellent ideas. The openness to work with us and the transparency with regards to cost was a real positive. They renovated both our house and my business and I would strongly recommend them. We recently completed the planning phase for an addition to our home. Having watched Alair Homes Vancouver remodel the home across the street, we were impressed with the way the managed the project, along with the final product. Our neighbours connected us with David and we started planning our own project. David was very personable and provided many creative ideas. We also enjoyed working with our project manager, Peter, who met with us weekly to give us updates and brainstorm ideas of our dream space. He was able to listen to our requests and create a place we were quite excited about. We really appreciated his detailed scope of work and once the planning phase was done we had a good understanding of what the project would look like and the breakdown of costs. Unfortunately, at this point we recognized the project wasn't feasible for us so had to put it on hold. Having transparent planning up front was one aspect that attracted us to Alair.

We recently completed a renovation with Alair Homes and are very happy with the results! From creating a project plan and identifying trades that would be suitable within our budget, to working as a team to solve the inevitable issues that come up along the way, their responsiveness and professionalism were much appreciated. Working with Alair homes was a pleasure. Very professional, very thorough. The unique budgeting process was a big deciding factor for us when we were looking for project manager. The ability to see your budget online at any given moment was a real plus. The feature of having a high end and a low end budget, and the ability to adjust to an higher end on certain items if you are under on others and be able to make those decision quickly because you always know where you're at financially is well worth it!

Big Thank you to Yared and Missla! I spent several months contemplating what (exactly) I wanted from my renovation. During this waiting period, Yared gently checked in with me from time to time until I was ready. He was patient and positive! Once the reno's started, his team was professional, thoughtful and thorough. I got the pleasure of working with Missla as my main point of contact throughout my project. Guidance, reassurance and pivoting was a mainstay. Truly a pleasure to work with this dynamic duo whose mantra was transparency delivered with heart!

In spite of labour shortages, the pandemic and supply chain issues, Alair was able to finish my renovation on time, on budget and do a good job. Matthew was able to trouble shoot the final push with his outstanding skills as manager, and his construction knowledge and jovial personality were a pleasure to work with!
