CrossFit 604

First time coming to CrossFit 604 and I will definitely be back!Everyone taking part in the class to the trainers were extremely friendly and helpful,I was made feel right at home from when I walked in.

Crossfit604 offers a friendly, welcoming environment. The coaches are happy and invested in the athletes’ well-being and progress.I worked with three coaches when I did my personal training/on-ramp and the weekly classes that I now attend. They are very kind, patient and generous with their time.Pete has been excellent and is very passionate about what he does. He has all the skills a superb educator needs. He will never shy away from a challenge to motivate and progress the athletes he trains.In addition to being a great coach, Katie has been very amusing and skillful at injecting those motivational laughs before, during and after a workout. Katie’s gift for motivating, simplifying and gently appraising is a welcomed input for skill and growth.Pedro has also been a great coach, bringing talents and experiences to help everyone scale their skill level.And finally, Jason and Riley, who have been there to care for and support everybody in the facility, are genuinely and sincerely engaged with everyone’s growth and journey going through CrossFit. New or repeat offenders (as they would put it), skilled or unskilled, you will be cared for, supported and motivated every time you drop by.Thank you all for a fun, safe and welcoming home. You will always have my deep respect, commitment and support.

I have been going to this box for a little over 2 years, and I have to say it was the best decision I made, to get out of my comfort zone and join CF604.I came in as the antithesis of an athlete, a very heavy guy and I can’t say enough about the encouragement, extra help, patience and immense support I was and continue to receive from the owners, to all the amazing coaches, and from the community at large!Exceptional programming, attention to detail and proper form, not to mention the amazing culture are just a few things that make this place special. I am forever grateful for joining, and my words cannot properly illustrate the debt of gratitude I have to the community, coaches and owners in helping me get back moving again, and living a healthy life, thank you CF604!

604 was my inception into Crossfit almost 6 months ago. I couldn't have asked for a better one.Jason, Riley, Pete, Cody, Katie, Pedro, Meghan and Mo are not only great coaches, but also great people.Thank you for continuously teaching us the ways of the crossfit.

World-class coaching and programming and the facility is just incredible: very spacious, fresh equipment, newly finished bathrooms/showers, and my favorite are the skylights scattered across the gym's high ceilings providing a bright and airy space to train in.Not to mention the wonderful community that is facilitated by the coaches and the lovely owners who put their hearts into running this gym. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new home box or are just visiting and want to drop-in.

Great gym for a drop in weightlifting workout while I was in town on vacation. There was a small space by the rack where I was able to workout. People completing the WOD both days were kind and worked around me as needed.

Special box with a good energy, friendly people and competitive atmosphere. Nice management and professional coaches.Joined not so long ago but I really enjoy getting back in shape here after some break due to migration and life circumstances.

I hate the gym but CrossFit604 has made it super enjoyable that I now look forward to going! Best coaches who constantly push you and ensure you have the proper technique. The vibes are also immaculate!

CrossFit 604 has been my home away from home for more than 5 years. I absolutely love the coaches & members. The programming is top notch, so much that I even follow it when I'm unable to get downtown for a workout, or travelling. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to start or transition to CrossFit 604.

State of the art facility, great coaching and programming. I am in Vancouver for a month and could have not picked a better gym away from home. Thanks Crossfit 604 and looking forward to join your gym again next year!
