First timer here going to this shop. I needed a fitting for my bike and had to make a few other adjustments . JD spent an hour with me and gave me helpful tips . Awesome service 10/10 .

This was a chance encounter as I passed the area and needed bike adjustments, friendly staff, knowledgeable, quick, super reasonable price for the minor needed adjustments. This will be my go to place if ever needed, it's worth the drive!

Love this bike shop. Always so kind and helpful. And really great if you're trying to find parts for a vintage bike.Not always the cheapest option, but I do find I can get what I need, and there usually is an option that fits my budget. Highly recommend.

Great service and a great team! I've been bringing my bikes here for about two years, and the team has always been able to find solutions to my issues and, each time, teach me something new in the process. Summary:- Completed a $430 estimate that I did not approve- No quality control (“hand built” wheel was flat, crank stripped, no lubrication on new chain)- Clearly having quality problems as other customers also returning for similar reasonsI had my bike stored with them over the winter and asked for an estimate of work to get it in riding shape. They sent me an estimate email for $430(!) asking for explicit permission to proceed, which I did not give. They called a few days later to say bike was ready for pickup and had done all the work. I then needed to negotiate to get my own bike back. The owner’s candor on the phone was flippant, saying they had done nothing wrong and argued they could somehow magically restore the bike to ‘original condition’ by re-installing the old parts and doing me the favour" of a tune-up. This is clearly false from the shape the removed parts were in
