Great people to deal with. Fast and willing to always answer questions. Sometimes without a charge. My 2018 income tax was done quickly.I do however do not like the way the reassessment was handled.There was in fact a mistake made. The employee blamed the error on my t4 slips. One of them being incomplete. After going over all my info with cra after i had asked the firm to clarify the issue. I was lead to believe that it was an employer giving me 1 t4 and submitting another to cra.At the end of the day cra verified eberything i had submittes to this firm as well as with my income tax document's.I was basically lies to by this firm and it has now cost me over 2500.00. Lesson learned check the math before paying them and having to pay CRA
